How to Book a Session with a Physiotherapist

To book a personalized treatment session online, simply follow the steps outlined below. If you would rather speak with our customer success representative and tell your story, please give us a call at 417-526-6933.

Step 1: Create your secure online account by entering your email address and selecting a password.

Step 2: Tell us your name and your phone number.

Step 3: Indicate the reason you need physiotherapy and details regarding your diagnosis.

Step 4: Enter the preferred time and date for your initial consultation.

Step 5: Enter your address. If you have any special instructions such as details regarding parking, pets, or buzzer codes please let us know.

Step 6: Enter your credit card information into our secure portal. This information is stored in an encrypted fashion by a third party (https://www.stripe.com).

That’s it! After you have completed these steps, our platform will match you with a physiotherapist specialized for your condition. In certain circumstances when more information is required regarding your diagnosis or if we cannot provide care at the exact time you indicated, our customer service team will reach out to you to find a solution that works. After your first appointment, we will email you the receipt which can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement.

For future appointments, your physiotherapist will work with you to create a custom treatment plan and this will determine the frequency and duration of your care.
