The purpose of this exercise is to provide a controlled stretch to the Achilles tendon and the gastrocnemius calf muscle.

  1. With the belt held around the foot as shown and the knee straight, pull your foot toward you.
  2. You will feel a gentle stretch high in your calf
  3. Hold for 10 seconds and repeat 5-7 times.
